Update April 6 2010

Well.. I’m now a big fan of WordPress!  I’ve gone from setting up to writing fairly regular.  Now that all my plugins and widgets are set up it’s the easiest thing in the world to keep up with.  I’ve even migrated some former HTML websites to WordPress.  I love how easy they are to update! Take a look at Http://spababes.com.  This site has been up for close to 12 years, just migrated to wordpress 3 months ago. It so easy to update and make more current with posts.  Love it!

I tell you what, all you people who will never see this post.. it was not the funnest thing I’ve ever done, but, I learned a lot.  I edited the confg file and was quite proud.  I set up a mysql database for the first time and that really wasn’t bad at all. What was frustrating was just not knowing for SURE i was doing it right.  it came together tho( thank you Brian.)  Now experimenting with various themes.  Expect changes!

I want to import my blog from wordpress but keep getting an error message when i attempt it.  I tried to download the stats widget, which seemed to be standard on my wordpress blog but not here.  now i’m running into issues with my api code. Omg.. its just one thing after another.

Gotta get thru the learning curve tho to get to the good stuff.. i’m sure i’ll be editing css code before i know it.

Think i’ll call it a night.
